Welcome to Fluenex. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fluenex application, website, and related speaking-practice services. By creating an account or using Fluenex, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Provided

Fluenex is an AI-powered conversational English learning platform designed to help users practice grammar, pronunciation, and dialogue simulations. We provide:

  • Interactive pronunciation feedback and situational speaking models.
  • Progress tracking, gamified roadmaps, and vocabulary diagnostics.
  • Real-time speech-to-text feedback.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access the speaking and learning features of Fluenex, you must log in securely using Google OAuth. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Maintain the security of your authentication tokens.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

We want Fluenex to be a constructive and safe environment for learning. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to distribute offensive speech.
  • Attempt to scrape, harvest, or automate queries to our proprietary speaking loops or API endpoints.
  • Bypass rate limits or interfere with the service stability.

4. User Content and Audio Data

Microphone permissions are required for speech practice. Our real-time backend processes your voice stream ephemerally to provide instant feedback.

  • You retain all rights to your speech. We do not store your raw audio files permanently on our servers.
  • We do not sell your voice recordings or use them for training external foundation models.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All graphic assets, software code, UI designs, lessons, roadmaps, brand names, and logo marks are the exclusive intellectual property of Harsh Kumar and are protected under copyright laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the app for language learning purposes only.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fluenex is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to offer accurate corrections, we do not warrant that the grammar analyses, pronunciation tips, or automated scores are 100% correct, error-free, or suitable for professional certifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluenex and its creator, Harsh Kumar, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
